Ella is the first point of contact for many of our clients and the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. As Client Services Coordinator, she guides new clients through onboarding and makes sure they know exactly what to expect when working with us.
Day to day, Ella coordinates information requests, tracks deadlines, and works closely with our advisers to keep client work moving forward. Her organised, detail-focused approach means clients can rely on her to keep things on track, even during the busiest times of the year.
