Abdallah Merhabi

Abdallah is the driving force behind the systems and processes that keep our firm running efficiently. As Operations & Systems Coordinator, he draws on his Computer Science background to manage the tools, workflows, and technology our team relies on every day, making sure everything works seamlessly behind the scenes.

Away from his desk, Abdallah is happiest outdoors. A keen nature lover and seasonal hunter, he values patience, preparation, and reading the environment around him, qualities that translate naturally into his work. He’s also a passionate basketball player, bringing the same team-first mindset to the office.

Day to day, he streamlines internal processes, maintains our software and practice management systems, and works closely with the team to find smarter ways of working. While much of what he does happens behind the scenes, clients feel the difference through faster turnaround, smoother communication, and a more reliable service.
